Rachael joined Gish in 2023, bringing in over 14 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Her expertise includes income tax return and financial statement preparation as well as small business support consisting of year-end general ledger reviews, monthly closings, budget preparations, bank reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries. Her passion for accounting is built upon her dedication to client relationships and helping businesses achieve financial success.
Rachael graduated from the University of Maryland University College (Adelphi, MD) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to her bachelor’s program, she received her associate’s degree in general studies from Anne Arundel Community College (Arnold, MD).
When not working, Rachael enjoys traveling, cooking, and puzzling.
