Barry Wolfe is a senior audit manager who has an immense amount of experience the private sector of accounting. With 40 years of expertise, Barry primarily focuses on advisory services to his clients. He works on audits, reviews, agreed upon procedures, mergers & acquisitions, as well as advises companies in cash flow improvement, capital needs and credit capacity.
Throughout his career, Barry has obtained comprehensive experience working with clients in various industries; some include: Manufacturing/Distribution, Real Estate, Automotive Dealerships, and Commercial Lenders among numerous others.
Barry works through company business plans and provides valid assessments of their capital needs. He determines credit capacity in order to best match financing with a businesses’ needs. Barry has underwritten credits from the lender’s point of view which makes him a unique resource for building a credit memo for companies in need of working capital or long-term financing. Barry’s attentiveness and dedication to the work has helped him develop a solid trust between him and his clients.
A native of Connecticut, Barry earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. He also holds an MBA from California Lutheran University. He is currently a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
When he’s not helping clients sort their finances, he enjoys visiting different parts of SoCal with his wife and son and experiencing the food, culture, and sporting events each city has to offer.
